From the bottom of my heart, I would recommend Annette to anyone that wants to get in shape and live a healthy lifestyle!!
She has helped me in so many ways. I will list a few below:
1. Knowledge - Annette really knows her stuff! She will put together a program that suites your needs/body type & desired out come.
2. Her Dedication - Annette works one on one with you. She focuses on you and your needs!! She is never late and always communicates.
3. Persistence - Annette pushes you to your limit for a max workout!! She keeps you working!
4. Character - Annette is a great person. She's tough when she needs to be but a kind person that cares for all her clients.
5. Never Boring - Annette, changes your routine so it doesn't get boring. As you progress she inputs different exercises to keep you interested and to max out your workout.
My personal experience with Annette is just simply put, AWESOME!! I was 215ilbs when I started and now weigh 185lbs. I have lost fat and gained muscle all over. I have lost inches off my entire body! (Mid-section, waist, legs, butt and arms) I feel great and I'm real happy with my results so far! I can't wait to see where I'll be at in the near future. I look forward to my workouts because of her and the results I have. She is one of my favorite people, I thank her after every workout.
