Class Descriptions

Boxing - All Boxing classes focuses on a variety of boxing, drills, bag work, speed bag, conditioning and speed.

Extreme Challenge Bootcamp is a military style bootcamp/workout focusing on speed and agility. Every class is different and will challenge you like no other.

Iron Circuit Conditioning is a combination of weights and cardio. This challenging 1 hour class will work your entire body.

First Class complimentary for all newbie's. All levels of fitness welcome.
